Short history

KNG Asia is a European owned company with main offices in Hong-Kong and Beijing. The management has a cumulative experience of over 15 years of working in China. With humble beginnings in 2004 and a simple vision of providing innovative purchasing solutions to furniture retailers KNG Asia has built upon this idea to provide distribution businesses over a range of products. Marketing and retail services became more important through the years as the local Chinese market developed, export decreased.

Since 2014, business consulting has become more important, we worked on projects far away from the furniture industry, started consulting on M&A projects, etc… Our increasing reputation and growing network is making us into a business consulting firm that can deal with almost any challenge, and we get clients from a wide range of industries.

In 2017we have setup a cooperation with the district of XiangCheng, north of Suzhou, to help them in developing their industrial zones.  It is the first time that a foreign owned company will be so closely involved in such project. This feels like a next step in our natural growth from exporting to importing to distributing and brand development, business consulting and M&A, to now be responsible for attracting new companies (from start-ups to large industrial multi nationals) to setup a company in China.
